MSN Messenger tabs don't show

The MSN Messenger tabs don't show in my account.

Hi,
Go to Tools, and then Options and then click on the Privacy Tab, and then
make sure that the "This is a shared computer so don't display tabs"
checkmark box is unchecked.
Then hit OK.
