SP2 problem

All.

I ahve installed SP2 onto two XP Home machines, all is well on both
except one of them now refuses to open new windows under Explorer.

The machine that allows new windows when browsing web sites (eg to see
spec's of items I may wish to buy) has a small shield in the systray.
The machine that will not allow new windows does not.

How do I sort this help.


I bet this group has gone over this a million times, but if youu could
make it a million and one I would be greatful.

XP SP2 Pop-up blocker allows new IE windows launched as a result of a =
user initiated action.

1. Do you see a "pop-up blocked" message in the Information bar?
2. Which particular site exhibits this behavior? An example would be =
fine.
3. Do you see a script error notification in Internet Explorer Status =
bar?
4. Are there any third-party pop-up blockers installed, such as Google =
Toolbar?
