All.

XP Home
SP 2

I habe two machines, both running XP Home. A couple of weeks ago I
applied SP2 to both machines, no -eeors all seems well.

One machine is file, I can access the security pannel and brows the
web no proble.

The other one, no errors were reported when SP2 was applied, I can
surf the web but no new wibdows are allowed, which can be a pain when
trying to buy stuff from some sites. I can't click on e-mail
short-cuts to open sites either, not that I want to too much. In
addition I can no longer find a way to get to the systems control
pannel, and there also seems to be no access to the security center.

Any Idias on the following;

1. How to I get to the control pannel.

2. How do I get Explorer to allow legitimate new windows.

3. How do I access the security panel ( no shield in the
systray).

Any help would be appreciated.
