Picture display in MSN Messenger 6

I just changed my picture but if I were to uninstall MSN
Messenger, or perhaps have to reinstall it because of a
Windows problem, will the picture still be there?

Yes actually, when you uninstall MSN Messenger, it leaves behind these.
