For about the last month or so, everytime I log onto the
internet, I get a little box that pops up in the lower
right hand corner of my screen, telling me "there is a new
version of Windows Messenger available and would I like to
download it." Shortly after that message went away
the .Net Messenger Service application would automatically
start up and I'd have to manually terminate it. For some
reason, the .Net Messenger Service application no longer
seems to start on its own, but I still get that annoying
little message about a new version availble. Is there
anyway to disable the message? I don't use the
application, so I don't want to know everytime theres a
new version available. Thanks.
