Since I have installed Windows XP service pack 2, I do not always get a
notification that mail has arrived.

I am using Outlook 2000. I have to click on another folder to get the new
messages to show up in my inbox.

Does anyone have this same problem and, if so, have you found a solution?

Thanks,

Kelly

This is exactly the issue that I came to the board to research. Windows XP
SP2 Install. Office XP/Outlook 2002. After the SP2 upgrade, mail will not
appear until something is done (ie. open another folder, open the file menu,
check the calendar, etc.)

Request assistance.
