when I use the start menue - All programs I can not use
the left click of my mouse menu also I cannot move any

Open Control Panel> Taskbar and Start Menu. Click the Customize button
and check the box for "Enable drag and drop." That *should* take care of
being able to move items in the Start Menu once again.

If you continue to have problems with the left click:

- Is it possible this limitations was accidentally (or purposefully) set
up by the administrator? If using XP Pro, check settings for the start
menu in GPEDIT.MSC

- Is the mouse reliable? Is it possible the right click button is worn
out? A few weeks ago I "lost" the right click on my mouse. After
troubleshooting for a while, I tried a different mouse and it worked
perfectly.
