Go to Tucows.com and get a free pop-up stopper called IE
PopUp Stopper. It is supposed to stop the Messenger
popups. It has popups of it's own but it says if you
install it, then uninstall it, it still protects against
Messenger popups. I just downloaded it today so am not
100% sure it works but we will see. Also, did you know
Microsoft is responsible for putting the Messenger
service in with Windows XP without anyone's consent or
even their knowledge? Then they sell the IP addresses to
all the spammers? Microsoft says they're against spam and
then sell us out with the Messenger popups. What a bunch
of rats!!!! And they want us to respect them and buy
their product? If they don't respect us, it's pretty hard
to respect them. They're a bunch of scammers just like
the rest!!!!>
