Windows Explorer Fails After sp2

I installed SP2 on my Toshiba Satellite laptop last night and after the
reboot, Explorer failed. I tried a number of times to reboot and it even
fails in safe mode.

The computer is using Explorer2.exe after the SP2 install (not sure if
that's normal)

I can restore through task manager so it isn't a terrible problem but I
would like to have SP2. Is it a BIOS problem, maybe?

That is absolutely not normal, your system is compromised (most
likely by a DDoS Bot).
