I've installed XP SP2 but have had problems that I cannot resolve. I want to
uninstall XP SP2 but am a little leary given my experience. Has anyone
experience additional problems with their computer after unistalling SP2? Did
thing go back to the way they use to work?

I've uninstalled several times on several computers. No problems and =
functions seemed to reverted to SP1. If you hunt hard enough you may =
find a few dregs of SP2 left behind, but in my experience those had no =
effect on how things worked, just a few minor appearance items.

I installed sp2 some time ago now and had a few problems..so i thought the
easy way out was to uninstall..did this and it was never quite up to speed
afterwards...so i reinstalled and sorted the few problems out and its had a
slight performance boost..

Generally, it should uninstall without problems. But before
uninstalling it, why don't you describe the problems you're
experiencing here.Perhaps we can help with the problems, and
uninstalling won't be required.
