For video conferencing capabilities...
you would have better results with MSN Messenger 6.0
especially the fact that it now works behind firewalls
and routers without any additional configuration.
Be aware that version 6.1 is coming out soon (early
october).

For video conferencing capabilities...
you would have better results with MSN Messenger 6.0
