Does anyone have problems between Netmeeting and Messenger?

I can't get my video to work in Messenger but it will
work in Netmeeting (Veo Mobile) and with its basic
program. I can't get netmeeting to stop using the camera
either. When I go through the "Audio Tuning Wizard" in
Messenger it will pick my Veo camera and then say there
is an error or it is being used by another program.

1. I have no other programs open
2. I tried to uninstall Netmeeting and xp pro will not
let me.

I can send audio when starting the camera though.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
