msmsgs.exe error I can't figure out how to fix

I keep get up this pop up that says
msmsgs.exe ordinal not found
The ordinal 77 could not be located in the dynamic link
library OLFAUT32.dll
If anyone knows what I can do to fix this I would really
appreciate it.

Greetings Monti,

The OLEAUT32.DLL file has just been taken over by something else. To fix this download and
run this file on the PC:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/vb60pro/install/6/Win98Me/EN-US/VBRun60.exe

After installation, reboot and then try again.
