SP2 download problem - migrate.exe - Entry Point Not Found

I'm trying to install SP2 from a download that was already there. It told me
it needed another download so I said okay. About 3/4 the way through I get
an error called migrate.exe - Entry Point Not Found - The procedure entry
point GetIUMS could not be located in the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL. I
cannot click OK (only option) or the X to close. Has anyone seen this before?
