Windows xp and microsoft word and sp2 problems

I have windows XP pro ,Microsoft office 2000, After installing sp2 my word program does not have any task bars showing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled office but still no task bars. All other componits of office work fine just word is showing this problem.

Any ideas?
