In Options->Personal there is a Change Picture button that invokes the My
Display Picture dialog.
This dialog has a link to "Download more pictures..." which invokes Internet
Explorer to get DISPLAY_PICTURES.asp from messenger.msn.com but instead of
the server running the asp file to output an html page it seems to think it
has to download the asp file.
This happens on both an ME and an XP machine both of which handle asp files
correctly from other sites.
Anyone know what's going on here?
