Frames

I cant get the frames to show up in IE (newest)any where
except the home page. I read in help, and it told me to
go to tools, advanced and then check use windows
defaults. Unfortunately that option is not really
there. Everyone else has the same set up as I do here at
the office, and my computer is the only one that cannot
see frames. I only assumed that it was a user prefrence
checked somewhere, so I am open to anything...

have u ever tryed to reinstall the OS?
