View Full Version : SP2 problem

I have recently upgraded Windows XP to SP2 and ever since then I have
found that my computers will not always shut down when "Turn off
Computer" is used. This is not isolated to one but several computers.
Ctrl - Alt - Delete will not close it when I select shut down and so I
have literally to pull the plug - and shutting down like this does not
do things any good doesn't it?

Thanks.
I tried this although I have an AMD and not Intel processor and the
patch was refused saying that it was already installed.
Any further thoughts?
