I've tried this with a few friends and same results.
Everything seems to work and test ok , I can see or hear
them but they can't see or hear me.
I turned off the qos packet sched. , I've completely
uninstalled and re installed. I'm back trying 4.7 from
5.0.
It worked fine till a week ago. could it have been a
Windows update of some sort that changed something??
After turning off the qos packet thing.,when I first
log on with someone , they can hear and see me for about
3 sec. then the picture freezes and sound fades.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
