Hello to all. I am locked out of my Win XP Pro machine.
When I boot up, my computer goes straight to the window
with the user name text box and the password prompt. The
password that always worked no longer wants to work.
Therefore, I have no access to my machine.

How to I get aroound that problem? Do I have to re-install
XP? Is there a key combination I press as Windows is
starting up to get around this? Do I have to go through a
System Restore Process?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
Jeff

Hi Jeff,

Wouldn't be very secure if there were a back door now would there? Have you
check for proper case - passwords are case sensitive. What is the error
message?
