To help people gather more data regarding their PC's who are not
exactly experts try this software;

This will greatly help the average tyro who has troubles to gather info re
his
system so he can provide it for others who can then more easily provide
help.
Last time I looked it did not work for the McAfee VirusScan online antivirus
scanner. It works for VirusScan 7.X but not the online version.
It also comments if drivers, bios's etc are outdated, or at least somewhat
old.
