I can't find the details anywhere of the corporate
capabilities of Microsoft's IM product.

Does anybody know if Microsoft offers a corporate version
of IM where:
1. The members list can be pulled from the Active
Directory listing.
2. Auditing/Logging of all generated traffic can occur.
3. Restrictions to various levels of access can be put in
place.

If so, where can I get details? Required infrastructure?
Cost? Etc.

Thanks for the assistance.

Greetings Dan,

You're looking for the Office Live Communications Server 2003 (which uses Windows Messenger 5
as a client), which integrates a number of these features.
