I don't want it back. I have 6.0 but try telling my
computer that It insisted on updating the software for
something no longer on my system. What I want from
microsoft is a security patch for win me and win xp to
stop that. When do I want it? As soon as posible.

If you've fully removed Windows Messenger 4.7 (there is no MSN Messenger 4.7), then it will
not come back.
