msn6 not working

Help!....i just downloaded msn6 and it's not working, the
program lets me sign in, but after a second the programs
closes. i'm using windows XP..can anyone help me pls?

Greetings Jon,

When it closes, is there an error you're seeing? Assuming it's in the "we are sorry for the
inconvenience..." window, click the "click here" link -- in the next screen, you'll see
something like the following:
szAppName : msnmsgr.exe szAppVer : 5.1.2600.0 szModName : rpcrt4.dll

If you could reply back with what the szModName has in your error, would make it easier to
determine what the problem is.
