unable to get into msn chat rooms.

could anyone please help me with my pronlem?
i've tried different versions of messenger and i can chat
with friends on it but it won't let me join chat rooms
cause the smiley face that shows the product have
downloaded properly will not show.

no jonathan nothing seems to work everything seems to
work fine juss cant get into msn chats at all don't
matter what i do if u have any other suggestions i'd
apreciate it.
