Just started using MSN + Yahoo Messenger and the voice
conversation facility using a headset. Works fine apart
from the sound only coming from the speakers and not the
headphones. Have the headset connected at the back of
the processor. Not a huge problem but it would be nice
to get it sorted. Can anyone help please?

Greetings Alex,

You'll just need to choose either the correct playback audio device (assuming you have two or
this is an USB headset) or you'll need to disconnect the speakers and plug the playback
portion of the headset into the same jack as the speakers.

To choose hte playback audio device in MSN/Windows Messenger, click the Tools menu, then
Audio Tuning Wizard, and then go through the wizard. For Yahoo Messenger, I don't believe
you can choose the audio devices specifically. You'll need to click Start, then Control
Panel, then Sounds, Speech, and Audio Devices (if you're in category mode), then Sounds and
Audio Devices, click the Audio tab, and then choose your playback and recording devices as
applicable. You'll may need to restart Yahoo Messenger to see the change.
