Is there any way to, inside the company, know how long Messenger is
Online, and in work (the user writing messages)...

We have a MS network/domain with windows 200 server and Windows XP
Professional in all the clientes, and they all use MSN 6.0

I don't believe so -- especially if you're just using the public .NET Messenger network.
