Windows XP Home Edition absolutely does *NOT* come with the Microsoft Office
Suite which word, excel, outlook and powerpoint are part of. The OP, Lee,
will need to purchase this seperately unless the computer manufacturer has
included Office as a packaged deal with the system.

You are wrong!. No MS OS has come with those programs. They may be
bundled with, or installed by the Pc vendor as part of a package deal.
But, They do not come natively with the OS.
