Problems with ebooks using SP2

I am having problems reading ebooks on my computer. I am told that it is due
to having SP2 installed. Does anyone know of a fix for this problem?

I have no problems with the Zinio reader in SP2. It is a lot too easy
for techs to get you off their necks by blaming it
