Dear All:
WM 5 does not start on my WXP Pro system. When I start it, I receive
message. "This application has failed to start because the application
configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix the
problem."
Removing then reinstalling does not work. Any suggestions? For example,
would clearing out a Registry entry fix this problem. This is on my main
system and I would prefer not to perform a clean installation of WXP.
Could this problem also be caused by my running MSN Messenger on the same
system?
Thank you.
:-) Sincerely,
Jeff
