"Target..." in r-click menu

[LittleMac]

Many moons ago I had installed power toys for Windows 95 in Win98 that
gave me a "Target" item in the right-click menu and when the cursor was
over it out popped a submenu which had "Open container" on it. Is this
still available? Does it work also on WinXP?
