I do believe MS is getting out of the netmeeting
business. In fact, I heard they were going to close down
all those servers that were online to support netmeeting
customers.

Hi Glenn,

Netmeeting can use any ILS server and can even make calls directly from one IP to another
(without any server). However the Microsoft ILS servers have been down for years (assuming
that's what you're referring to).
