IE is still not working after anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes of use, forcing
me to constantly reboot so it works again - for a few minutes. I'm trying
all the NGs here and am not getting any answers.

HOW DO I FIX OR REPLACE IE6 on a WXP-home-SP2?

Can someone help with this problem? I updated all my anti virus and
anti-spyware and ran it last night. I ran scandisk/fix errors and defragged
and the problem persists!!! Even Hijack this showed nothing. I have a
startup manager, I have everything possible to keep this machine clean.

Now PLEASE how do I either fix or replace IE on a XP-SP2-home machine. I
can't get any work done!!!

I will let other more expert in this area precisely answer your question
but why don't you install a second browser like Netscape or Mozilla so
as not to be stuck when one fails ?

===========================
I did download Netscape for emergency use. Uninstalling ZoneAlarm5 fixed
the problem. Thanks.
