how do I download a Java Virtual Machine?

I can't find or figure out which download is a java
virtual machine, i need it to use a drop menu on a
football site. also how do I turn of instant messager?

Hi,

For the Microsoft versions:
http://java-virtual-machine.net/download.html

For the Sun version:
http://java.sun.com/getjava/index.html

For the Instant Messenger, open it and check the options. Also disable it
under options in Outlook and Outlook Express.
