There only way and that is to get a new email address and
not use it in a news group. You probably have been using
your hotmail address in the newsgroup and that is why you
are being harrassed. When I first got this e-mail
address, I was spam free. I got a new e-mail address
because I had to deal with 50-100 updates a day on the
old e-mail address. But when I posted it in a news
group, i started getting about 100 wonderful updates a
day but fortunatly, they all go into a bulk mail folder
on the server so outlook does not download them.
Once you get a new e-mail address, use a non hotmail e-
mail for purposes of the news groups.
This posting is probably going generate another 100 or so
critical updates to my account. If I change e-mail
accounts, I will use a yahoo or some other made up e-mail
address for posting on the news group and then all the
wonder user unknowns and net critical updates can fly to
that one.
Good Luck
