Cannot browse to \\PCName\c$ after XP SP2

After I installed XP SP@ on a few machines I cannot browse to their C drive
over the network as the domain admin. If I am on the XP machine I can browse
to any 2000 or non XP SP2 machine but not any machine running SP2. This is a
major problem. I am sure this has to do with some security feature but I
cannot figure it out. What do I need to do so I can be able to brouse to the
computers C$?

Service Pack 2 automatically enables the Windows Firewall. If you are
not using a third-party firewall, go to the Windows Firewall applet in
Control Panel and make sure you've checked File & Printer Sharing in
the Exceptions tab. If you were using a third-party firewall, disable
the Windows Firewall.
