I'd got a new hard drive trying to install xp sp2. The system didn't allow me
to use administrator but created a any other account to go on. I would perfer
to logon in as administator. Now I logon in using an crerated account. What
should I do to use administrator while re-install windows xp next time ? Or
is there any way to transfer the setting of created account to that of
administrator logoning in without passwaord automatically ? Any Help would be
appreciated.

I am having some trouble trying to understand exactly what it is that you
want to do. I think you are saying that rather than log on with the account
your created during setup you would rather log on with an account named
Administrator. Is that right? If so don't worry. The account that was
created when you setup XP is an administrator account. There is also a
hidden administrator account called "administrator" that was created by XP
while is was installing. This hidden account is there for troubleshooting
purposes. This is by design. You should not use that account for day to day
use.

If you want to log on without having to enter a password you can do that by:
Clicking on the Start Button, then click Run and type "control
userpasswords2" (without the quotes) and click Ok. Uncheck the box requiring
a username and password, click Apply then click Ok. then follow the prompts
to set up a default logon.
