messenger and "just in time debugging"

after I updated to v.6.0 messenager I now keep getting
the just in time debugging pop up. Why is this ?How can I
stop it.It happens mostly when I am doing my mail.

Can you be more specific about exactly what this dialog looks like and says (titlebar, etc.)?
