When I open Windows Explorer it will refresh itself about
every second. Seeking for directory entries is the action
it is performing. I do not mind that it is updating but
not every second. It even refreshes when you open a
dialog like "folder options". Is there a configuration
option where the time interval can be changed? Or disable
the auto refresh at all?
I have the feeling that the irritating refresh takes
place since I installed some windows updates recently.
