Not much time for the newsgroups these days, David, and I tend to stay away
from the XP ones. Too crowded, hard to manage, just too chaotic, too many
posts. I spend most of my newsgroup time in the 95/98 groups. Much more fun!

Any chance you could post your URL for 'shutdown' problems, say every 2 =
hours - it will save having to post it a dozen times a day <VBG>. If =
not, perhaps MS could provide a guide on how to 'easily search news =
groups'.

No Will, I left the Win98 groups a great while back. I didn't mean to leave
completely, but the XP groups needed help. Miss them though. :o(

From where I sit, it looks quite the opposite. XP is loaded with folks.
WIn95/98 have very few of the long-term responders present. Gotta even the
odds a bit :)
