Hi,

It may sound like a very dumb question. You know - in XP,
there is the standard log-in window - like for Windows
Messenger? If someone has logged on to MSN Messenger with
one ID, then it stays there in the drop down list box so
that she/he can just select it the next time. How can I
clear off this User ID drop down list box? I tried
different options, but with my limited knowledge I am not
able to clear it off.

Please help.

Hi,

Go to your Start -> Control Panel -> User Accounts.
Once the User Accounts window appears click on the Advanced Tab.

This will then bring you to a Passwords and .NET Passports.
Click on the Manage Password button, and then you'll see all the users who
Logged into MSN Messenger.
Now feel free to delete the names/accounts that you don't want to see on the
Login history of Messenger.
