Huge Video Problem

When I play a game, video or sometimes surf on the internet my computer
freezes and I get these lines or whatever you call it on my screen and my
screen becomes blurry and shuts itself down, I'm using a nvidia Geforce
FX-5200 on a Pentium III 930 Mhz system with windows XP, can you guys help?
This has become a serious problem!

Sounds like your video card is getting hot. Have any software to monitor the
temp...?
Might clean all PC fans and reseat your video card.
