Try running this from the command line or from Start - run
iexplore.exe /rereg
This program re-registers IExplorer in the registry.

I am having similar problems and have tried all of the above
resolutions with no luck. Any action within explorer window results in
this error. I can't find any other group discussion with any
resolutions. Running Windows XP Pro SP2. Any ideas. Have attached the
error I am getting below:

It is the DEP module that is causing all the explorer crashes and everything
else going wrong with the system. It cannot recognize good script and closes
everything down...and you cannot turn it off for the system. Good luck!!
