hi,
we want to use different instant messaging alternatives of windows messenger
in our corporate network. we are using Exchange Server 5.0 so we possibly
cannot use Exchange Messaging and we don't know about Communications Service
Account(SIP Communications Service Account), how can we implement or use it,
what do we need for it? our main goal of choosing these communication
alternatives is to free of being connected or online to get the messenger
work with .Net services.
thaks

i learned that new Microsoft Live Communications Server is an sip server,
but we are looking for a cheaper, less functional(just for text and simple
voice messaging) and ready to use application.
