View Full Version : Can't log onto exchange IM

Have been using 4.7 successfully with netpassport and
exchange inside the LAN. Last week the ability to sign
on to the LAN/Exchange IM stopped -- can still get into
netpassport. Get a message for exchange that says that
the "service is temporarily unavailable" and to try again
later. (Of course, later never works.) Have checked all
settings, uninstalled and reinstalled both 4.7 and 5.0.
Using Windows XP, Office XP, and LAN is Exchange 2000.
Administrator doesn't have a clue. Help?
