Neighbor sent the following. Any ideas or help appreciated

My daughter got the following error msg when she was either D/L or
Installing Service Pak ll. She can't remember which. Do you know what it is
and what she should do? Everything seems to be working ok I guess except she
noticed that things have really slowed down. She has an awful lot of games
on her PC for the kids. She has 512RAM and 160Gig HD with only 1/4 space
used.

'Setup cannot copy the file iuctl.dll & reimlby.exe. Ensure that the
location specified below is correct or change it and insert "Windows XP
system Files" in the drive you specify.'
