Help!

I use an exchange version of Windows Messenger (4.7) and this morning, it
says that I cannot log in with my .net ID with this version of Messenger. I
am afraid to upgrade to 4.72 because our exchange service is picky about
different version. Is there a widespread problem or is it just me?

Thanks,
Brian

Greetings Brian,

As of October 15th, 2003 (yesterday), older clients prior to Messenger 4.7.2005 cannot
connect to the .NET Messenger network.

You'll need to upgrade to Windows Messenger 5.0 which supports both the Exchange IM and the
..NET Messenger network:

I tried 5.0 one time and it would not work with out companies exchange
messaging.

Hi Brian,

*Windows Messenger* 5 was just recently released, you're probably thinking of MSN Messenger
5, which does not support Exchange.
