Greetings Gody,
Yes -- the audio functions are compatible. The 'Webcam' button in MSN Messenger 6 is not,
use the Actions menu, 'Start Video Conference' option instead (which is compatible with
Windows Messenger).

Don't agree that.
I hadn't luck to getMsgr 6.0 Voice to work behind uPNP/NAT devices.
Video had no problems at all.
Tried that several ways
After I returned to Messenger 5.0 ( both ends ) everything works fine.

I have Draytek's Vigor 2600We ( uPNP ) http://www.draytek.com.tw/ and have
succesfully
connected to two different sites, where Avaks RoadRunner 44 devices (
actually OEM-Conexant I think ).
( Dynamic NAPT ) http://www.avaks.com ,
ftp://ftp.avaks.com/rr44/rr44specsUK.pdf.
Both not working with MSGR 6.0 and working with MSGR 5.0.
