I can't view your website as I have blocking software on my PC but I am in need of some help, so I hope it's OK for me to just email you here and hope you will email me back.

Anyway, I have windows xp and have used my argus dc2000 digital camera for over 2 years. Recently I had to reformat my computer and reinstall everything. After that I got a message to install service pack 2 so I did. Now that I have done that I can't install my camera or even our Epson scanner which worked perfectly on this pc before. So...what am I needing to know? I sure hope we don't have to buy a new scanner and camera. :confused:
