access denied

Every time I try to get on line access denied appears.
Have to click on refresh for entry. What am I doing wrong?

Can you be more specific about what you're doing when you "go on-line", for instance, what
application are you using (the name of the program), and so on.

You may just want to contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP), as they're the ones who
will really have any sort of information on what exactly is occurring.

Hi Jonathan, I dial-up connection. Forbidden appears and
below that You were denied access because: and below that
access denied by access control list then I click on
refresh.
